What’s the UPG process from a referral?
Once you submit your referral, our experienced admin team will endeavour to process and allocate a suitable physiotherapist to schedule an initial assessment within two weeks. We'll keep you informed every step of the way.
We take pride in our capacity to handle referrals without waiting lists, and we are confident that we will find a suitable physiotherapist for you quickly and efficiently.
What does the initial assessment involve?
The initial consultation involves a thorough 60-minute physiotherapy assessment, followed by a detailed summary report with recommendations sent to the Case Manager within 48 hours. We handle all travel logistics and provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
